Aufgeteilt in 2 Teile I.: Physiologische Anthropologie. - II: Stats-Arzneykunde (= Forensik) - u.a. über Selbstmord, Vergiftungen, Kindermorde, Sexualdelikte u.a.m. Loder war eng mit Goethe befreundet und half ihm wesentlich bei den medizinischen Forschungen. - Durchgehend gebräunt, stellenweise fleckig. Einband stark berieben und bestossen, Rückenbezug teils abgesplittert.‎
