Bound in contemporary half leather, marbled boards and endpapers, original wrapper not retained, fine copy. Catalogue of the exhibition organized by the Independant State of the Congo within the framework of the Brussels World Fair. The decoration for this exhibition was from Henry van de Velde. It was his first officiel commission. Also the architects Hankar and Hobé were involved in the project.
