Etat satisfaisant (anciens cachets de bibliothèque, couv. lég. insolée, bon état par ailleurs) pour cette traduction française d'un célèbre ouvrage de management "The Rational Manager. A systematic approach to problem solving and decision-making" (McGraw-Hill, 1965) . Charles Huggins Kepner (1922-2016) et Benjamin Tregoe travaillaient à la Rand Corporation quand ils mirent au point leur méthode K-T, dite aussi PSDM (Problem Solving and Decision Making). Ouvrage à ne pas confondre avec leur "Nouveau Manager rationnel", qu'ils publièrent en anglais au début des années 80.
