Note a cura di Oswald Hilliger (1583-1619). All'interno: Azioni, pignoramenti e ipoteche, giudizio divisorio, Diritto di pascolo, Epistola di Alberico Gentile all'autore e sua riposta ecc... In buone condizioni e completo. Copertina in piena pergamena coeva con titolo in oro al dorso in ottime condizioni generali con lievi usure marginali. Legatura in buone condizioni. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture. Lievi gore d'umidità all'angolo inferiore destro. In folio. Dim. 37x26 cm. Pp. (4)+VIII+1078+(1). Peso Kg. 2

Some damage at the spine, with very small loss of material, some pages a bit browned but still a fine and impressive book. Hugues Doneau (1507 - 1591) studied law at Toulouse, specialized in Roman law and became rector of Heidelberg University. He also taught at Leiden University."
