The prints are kept in a 19th c. full leather binding, 16 x 24,5 cm, Front cover with embossed decoration and the large gilt words '' Album Religieux''. With 2 large brass clasps. It contains: 47 small prints ((9 x 7 cm) signed in the engraving, and coloured, printed on paper. 8 ditto, but unsigned. 19 ditto, signed but not coloured. 2 ditto, not signed not coloured. Further it contains 17 19th century prints in chromo-lithography, some with folding images added, some with lace like borders. Some of the 18th c. prints are dustsoiled or thumbed. The images are ligthtly mounted in the reserved spaces of the album leaves. Loosely inserted are anothe 2 prints (one signed, coloured, printed on vellum).
