‎Met tegninger af Piet Hein. Vandrensningsfirmaet Silhorko. Aabyhøj. [Danemark]. 1947. Petit in-12 (15,5 x 12 cm). (14) ff. : couvertures cartonnées avec le titre en larges lettres noires et une illustration ovoïde en bleu et noir, une petit bonhomme avec lance et un bouclier primitif.‎

‎Ouvrage rare écrit et illustré par le scientifique et designer danois Piet Hein (1905-1996). Utilisant ses poèmes comme des armes anti nazies, ses formes elliptiques furent reprises après la guerre par l’architecture scandinave moderne. Quatre gravures en couleurs et de nombreux petits personnages rouges dans les lignes illustrent le conte d’Andersen, qui s’intéressait aux progrès scientifiques. Il se fit présenter le microscope à l’Exposition universelle de Paris en 1867 et écrivit le conte de La Goutte d’eau avec tout ce quel’on peut y voir à l’intérieur. Petit tirage numéroté à l’encre à la main, n° 411. Les deux premiers feuillets blancs sont collés entre eux, ex-libris portant les initiales G-J-P.‎
