Made in its day by the foremost map makers of the day John Speed, who was commissioned by the King to map his Kingdom of Scotland.Depicting King James and Queen Anne in the margins it also depicts King James sons Henry Prince of Wales and Ireland, who sadly died of typhoid fever in 1612 aged 18 also Charles Duke of York and Albany., Later King Charles the first.
