La couverture est propre, mais le bas du dos est fendu sur 2 cm. Les agrafes sont rouillées et ont laissé des taches. Sinon, en bon état, propre. 72 pages. À la fin du livre se trouve une liste des responsables du ministère de la Colonisation et du Chemin de Fer. Il y a également une carte de la région. Comprend 14 reproductions de photographies en noir et blanc sur une page entière. Un article rare. 21,5 cm x 10,5 cm.‎

‎First edition. An attractive guide ot the region of Lake Saint Jean in Quebec. Coloured covers, showing a train passing through fields of corn, a farmer and horses are gathering sheaves on the rear cover. Stapled. The covers are cleaning, but there is splitting to the bottom 2 cm of the spine. The staples have rusted, and so have left some staining. Otherwise in good, clean condition. Some pencil annotations to the book. 72 pages. Bound in to the rear is a list of the officials for the Department of Colonisation, and the Chemin de Fer. There is also a map of the region. Includes 14 full page black and white reproductions of photographs. A scarce item. 21.5cm x 10.5cm. .‎
