Galle after drawings by Jacques Francquart. Bound with; Silvii Antoniani S.R.E. Cardinalis Vita a Iosepho Castalione I.V.D. conscripta; Eiusdem Silvii Orationes XIII, Romae, Apud Iacobum Mascardum, 1610, vii nn + 137 + 3 nn pp, contemporary full leather, raised back, blind tooled covers. Old paper title label at back. (Some wear at corners, upper joint split over 5 cm, traces of ties, but still a good/fine copy). According to the title-page, Curtius belonged to the same order and was a historiographer and ""diffinitor generalis"". In the margin of the title-page a manuscript ex-dono ""Dono D.
