Ouvrage couvrant beaucoup de sujets relatifs notamment au corps et à l'âme des hommes, aux animaux et végétaux, à lastronomie, à la Terre, aux éléments, aux mouvements et au temps, et même quelques sujets occultes Culpeper est lauteur dun grand nombre douvrages populaire de médecine et dastrologie, il laissa, à sa mort, des dizaines de manuscrits non publiés dont notamment des traductions du grand médecin allemand Sennert.
