‎Christopher Sargeant Hale (ca.1800-1866), pasteur protestant [révérend], auteur d'un Geology of South Alabama, donateur de la Boston Society of Natural History. L.A.S., Burlington [New Jersey], 20 septembre 1863, 8p in-4. Très longue lettre en anglais écrite en pleine guerre de sécession, mentionnant la revue L'Abeille médicale que lui envoie Robinet. La fin de la lettre est écrite par sa femme (1p 1/2) à l'épouse du docteur Robinet (la fille d'Auguste Comte) et parle de positivisme. On trouve très peu de choses sur ce pasteur. Une très courte biographie est donnée dans la revue Field & Laboratory de 1957 (p.30-31). [484] ‎
