‎Black Roses est un roman de 1929 de l'écrivain britannique Francis Brett Young . [1] Paul Ritchie un peintre anglais est en croisière autour de la Méditerranée , lorsque le navire arrive à Naples . Cela suscite ses souvenirs de plusieurs décennies auparavant, lorsqu'il avait vécu dans la ville et avait trouvé une amitié avec un collègue artiste et un amour avec leur propriétaire.
