Il ouvre un nouveau studio à New York en 1938 et s’y forge une réputation grandissante. Le Joseph Binder Award a été créé en 1996 en son honneur. 24 plates in color. The Austrian designer Binder, already well known for his posters in Vienna in the 30’s, settled down in New York in 1934. There he creates a new studio and teaches design.
