‎Grosseto, stampato da Eliograf, 1961. Grand in-4 de XII-321-[1]pages, demi-basane beige à coins, plats de papier écru. ‎

‎Illustré de 28 dessins hors texte par Anna Guicciardini Corsi Salviati sous serpente transparente. Rare édition originale imprimée par le porcédé "Eliograf" qui semble être une sorte de stencil. Ex-libris (timbre sec) de Giannalisa Feltrinelli au premier feuillet blanc. Un grand classique de la cuisine italienne, réimprimé de nombreuses fois. Notre exemplaire est justifié à la main 118 à l'encre et la préface est signée par l'auteur. ‎
