‎Richard Kostelanetz (geboren 1940 in New York), Autor, Künstler, Kunstkritiker, Herausgeber und grosser Kenner der Avantgarde. 1970 wurde er Mitgründer und Leiter der Zeitschrift mit dem passenden Namen 'Assembling', die in 13 Ausgaben zwischen 1970 und 1982 erschien. Eine Zeitschrift, in der unveröffentlichbare Kunst und Literatur, weil zu unkonventionel, gedruckt wurde. Jedes Exemplar ist eine bunte Mischung mit verschiedenen Beiträgen von Künstlern und Autoren, auf unterschiedlichen Papieren und in verschiedenen Schriften gedruckt.‎
