Bound in contemporary green , raised spine with 2 title labels, marbled edges. Binding with some slight wear but still a fine/good copy. Text in English. Livre en anglais sur l'Exposition Universelle de Paris en 1867. Original edition of a book published in 1867.

Rare French periodical with black/white illustrations of designs, ornaments and architectural elements made of marble, with some Art Nouveau tendencies; e.g. in issue 104 and following appears an illustrated commentary on the ''L'Art Moderne, Le Salon des artistes décorateurs''. According the catalogue of the BNF in Paris the journal ran until nr. 211 (year XI). Book in French. Livre en français.."

Rare French periodical with black/white illustrations of designs, ornaments and architectural elements made of marble, with some Art Nouveau tendencies. According the catalogue of the BNF in Paris the journal ran until nr. 211 (year XI). No complete run in a Parisian library, nor the two first years. (cat. Vol III - pp 101)."
