‎ Catalogue de la première exposition personnelle de Josef Albers à la galerie Denise René, avec des oeuvres Hommage to the Square, Studies for Hommage to the Square et Structural Constellations. Élève puis "Maître" au Bauhaus, Josef Albers (1888-1976) orienta rapidement son travail théorique et pratique sur les effets optiques de la couleur, dans une esthétique très épurée. Son oeuvre constitue un lien entre le Bauhaus, de Stijl et l'Op Art.‎
