This beautiful and elaborate editions presents us with the Fables of Æsop before they had been corrupted (as is supposd) by their first editor, Planudes. The text is taken from a celebrated and very ancient MS, preserved at Florence, in the Library of the Cassini Monks"" written in a different style, and greatly departing, from the received text...
