Contemporary marbled calf, spine with raisen bands, gilt lettered (top & bottom rubbed with some slight loss of leather; some scattered rubbing at spine; hinges parly worn), marbled edges. Title printed in red and black. With a fine engraved title vignet by S. Fokke.

The very rare first edition. Later editions Amsterdam 1755 & 1760. --(Lower corner of title-page neatly repaired; a split in the bookblock between page 416-417; text partly slightly browned, but a very acceptable copy of this rare item). Copy with the bookplate of Dr. R. Rickaert. Not in Volckringer.

Vorsätze mit altem Stempel. Der zweite Teil des Werkes stellenweise fleckig.
