‎TESTO A STAMPA DELLA CAUSA INTENTATA DAL CONTE MILANESE ERCOLE MARLIANI NEI CONFRONTI DELL'OSPIZIO DELLA STELLA DI MILANO (oggi delle Stelline), IL 17 SETTEMBRE 1736.‎

‎ s.d. (1736?). In-4 gr. (mm. 338x218), plaquette di 4 cc.nn. contenuta in cartellina mod., note a penna di mano antica alle cc. 3-4, testo in latino. Interessante documento riguardante i beni di tre grandi famiglie milanesi (Arcimboldi, Lampugnani, Marliani); il restauro di palazzo Marliani a Mariano e la causa giudiziaria intentata dal conte Ercole Marliani ad una della pi famose opere assistenziali di Milano, l'Ospizio della Stella.Il conte Ercole, prelato (morto nel 1757), fu l'ultimo del ramo dei Marliani feudatari di Mariano. L'Ospizio della Stella (dapprima chiamato dei mendicanti) fu fondato nel 1578 da San Carlo Borromeo nell'antico monastero della Stella, attiguo alla chiesa di S. Maria della Stella, a Porta Vercellina. Vi furono accolti uomini, donne, fanciulli che la peste del 1576 aveva ridotto in povert, malati cronici, vecchi paralitici. Si ingrand rapidamente (arriv ad accogliere 3.000 ricoverati), godette di privilegi ed esenzioni, di lasciti e donativi. I poveri vi imparavano un mestiere per poi entrare a pieno titolo nella societ. All'inizio del 600 per volont del Cardinale Federigo Borromeo fu costruito l'attuale vasto palazzo. L'Ospizio si trasform successivamente in un orfanatrofio maschile e femminile, divenuto poi dal 1788 solo femminile e perci chiamato delle Stelline.Esemplare ben conservato.‎

‎Les jeux et plaisirs de l'enfance, par Jacques Stella. Terminés par Alexandre Chaponnier fils. Avec les quatrains revus et corrigés, auxquels on a joint un texte ecplicatif.‎

‎Vgl. Brunet V, 529, zur Orig.-Ausgabe. - Seltene Ausgabe aus dem frühen19. Jhdt.; sie bietet eine Auswahl von zwölf Blättern aus der Ausgabe 1657, zu der Claudine Bouzonnet Stella (1636-1697), die Nichte von Jacques Stella (1596-1657), die Stiche verfertigte. Diese sind hier nachgestochen von Alexandre Chaponnier (oder Chaponnière, 1753-1805) aus Genf, tätig in Paris, einem Meister der Punktiermanier. Die Tafeln zeigen nackte Knaben beim Spiel, z.B. Fechten, Pfeilwerfen, Armbrustschiessen, Schaukeln, Lacrosse u.a. - Leicht gebräunt, etwas fleckig, kl. Wasserrand unten, brauner Abklatsch und Tintenspritzer auf Taf. 3. - The pictures show the following games: The show: La Marelle a Cloche-Pied, Les petits feux, L'escrime, Les Dards, La Crosse, L'Escarpolete, L'Arbalête, La Course du Pot, Le Collin Maillard, Le Traineau et Le Sabot.‎
