De tentoonstelling Label-design.be ? Design in Belgium after 2000 is een initiatief van het museum Grand-Hornu Images, Design Vlaanderen en de vzw Pro Materia, naar aanleiding van de viering van 175 jaar Belgie. Vermits Belgian design de laatste jaren tot een waar begrip is uitgegroeid, wordt met heel veel belangstelling naar dit unieke overzicht uitgekeken. Niet minder dan 130 Belgische ontwerpers, geselecteerd door een internationale jury, zullen er hun sterkste en meest recente product of environmental designs voorstellen. De begeleidende publicatie bij deze belangrijke expositie werd uitgegeven door Stichting Kunstboek. Daarin werden niet alleen minstens vier ontwerpen per designer gereproduceerd, maar werden ook de persoonlijke gegevens en verkooppunten zorgvuldig geinventariseerd. Vier essays van de hand van Lise Coirier, Francoise Busine, Francis Smets en Johan Valcke gaan vooraf aan dit unieke overzicht. Men ontdekt er werk van Claire Bataille
