Primo numero del Maggio 1854 di questa rara rivista di scienze ad uso dei giovani "La ricreazione". La rivista venne fondata dall'abate e inventore Giovanni Caselli (1815-1891) nel 1854 e uscì in 9 numeri. Caselli è l'inventore del pantelegrafo o telegrafo universale, il precursore del fax in quanto trasmetteva non solo testi ma anche disegni. The magazine was established by the Abate and inventor Giovanni Caselli (1815-1891) in 1854 and was published in nine numbers. Caselli is the inventor of pantelegrafo or universal telegraph, the first fax because it transmitted not only text but also drawings.
