Evgeny Alexeevich Chudakov (1890-1953) is an engineer, a pioneer of the Soviet automobile industry, the founder and first director of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering (1938-1951), an author of scientific papers in the field of automobile engineering and general mechanical engineering, a Stalinist Prize winner, and an academic.
