(mm. 242x175), cartonato rustico coevo, pp. XXIV,388, con 1 tav. inc. in rame f.t. e pi volte ripieg., che contiene 4 figure (dettagliatamente descritte). Interessante il catalogo cronologico dei medici che scrissero sulle malattie delle donne, diviso in 4 epoche, da Ippocrate a Fitz-Gerald Gerardo (1758). "Prima edizione latina" della prima parte de ce trait remarquable par un grand luxe d'rudition. On y trouve une description fort succincte des organes de la gnration de la femme, et une histoire assez commplte de l'art des accouchemens. Cos Biographie Mdicale,I, p. 403.Il francese Jean Astruc (1674-1766) che fu professore di anatomia a Parigi, noto soprattutto per il suo "De Morbis Venereis" (1736). Fu uno dei massimi esperti nel campo delle malattie femminili e particolarmente dei tumori; primo medico del re di Polonia, fu consulente di Luigi XV.Cfr. Wellcome,II, p. 65 che cita anche la seconda parte del 1783.Con uniformi lievi arross. e fiorit. ma buon esemplare.‎
