Made in 1799, signed by the testator and witnesses in 1803, written by Thomas Clarke in brown ink on parchment, 36,5 x 47,5 cm.With another smaller piece of parchment containing the confirmation of the testament by John Napleton, General Principal of the Lordbishop of Hereford, parchment with a printed form and paper stamp (also a stamp on the back), filled out by Thomas Clarke.
1803, 36.5 x 47.5 cm, was originally attached to the testament by the (now missing) seal. in all 2 parts.
